Troy grew up in Colorado and loves being outside. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and has worked in a number of non-profits in financial as well as educational roles. His professional experiences include classroom teacher and head basketball coach at several Colorado schools; developer of computer based training modules with Wal-Mart Corporate Training & Development; founding Executive Director for Educate New Mexico, a program that impacted hundreds of families in New Mexico; and the Director of Institutional Advancement, Director of Student Development and Upper School Director all with Menaul School in Albuquerque.

Troy and his wife enjoy spending time with their three children and seven grandchildren. A perfect day involves hunting, fishing, or skiing with as many family members as possible.
